Professional writer and published author Nancy Kennedy is our guest today on The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show with Jimmy Moore!
Several years ago, Jimmy received an e-mail from Nancy Kennedy asking him about his Atkins diet weight loss success story and explained that she was writing a book about how people have lost weight. She found his "Livin' La Vida Low-Carb" blog and thought he'd be the perfect example of what she was wanting to include in this book she wanted to write called How We Did it: Weight Loss Choices That Will Work For You. Since Jimmy's philosophy is all about people finding what works for them to attain the best health possible, he was excited to be a part of the project. Nancy conducted an hour-long interview with Jimmy asking about all aspects of the process of being morbidly obese to all the miraculous changes that took place for him physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. While the project had to be shelved for a little while, the book is NOW AVAILABLE and we're happy to share more about this inspiring book of success stories with you today!
