While many children do suffer from this condition, many other are being misdiagnosed when they have conditions with similar symptoms, such as bipolar disorder or even vitamin D deficiency. What's the secret to successful diagnosis? Taking the time for basic tests and not rushing for "fast solutions" according to Dr. Barnhill. First up, DurianRider shares with us why raw vegan – featuring 30 lbs of bananas a day – is his key to a healthy lifestyle. He also tries to explain how he considers himself sedentary despite biking 25 miles over 70 minutes each day, plus doing his daily errands on foot or bike. This of course seems like it would go a long way towards explaining his assertion that even sedentary people do fine with massive amounts of carbohydrates.

Next, former Paleo advocate Don Matesz explains why he has drifted away for a controlled carbohydrate diet towads one heavily featuring potatoes and rice. This is certainly a fascinating episode that curious minds won’t want to miss!
