Will the 2020 U.S. Dietary Guidelines for Americans actually include ALL of the scientific evidence in nutritional health? People seem to think these updates to the diet advice every five years in the United States from the USDA/HHS are based on the most sound, up-to-date information about what you should be eating to be healthy. But the sad reality is that’s simply not true and never has been since they forced this on the American people starting in 1980. But there is hope they’ll actually look at the mounting evidence they’ve long been ignoring in support of a low-carb, high-fat, ketogenic diet. Read the story about this below.

While it’s optimistic to think they might consider the keto science in their updated guidelines in 2020, but health podcaster and international bestselling author of KETO CLARITY Jimmy Moore isn’t holding his breath. Jimmy testified before the USDA’s 2010 Dietary Guidelines Advisory Committee challenging them to make a wide variety of options available for the public to choose from. They didn’t listen then and they’re certainly showing no sign of listening now. Listen to hear why this issue is so important even if you do ignore the dietary advice given by the government in this episode.
“Why don’t we have an independent panel of experts that are adept at all types of eating, and let them come together to determine that real food is best?”
- Jimmy Moore
