The rise in popularity of low-carb, high-fat, ketogenic diets in recent years has become a worldwide phenomenon. From the United States to Canada to South Africa and Australia, the keto message is out there in full force. And this has obviously upset the old dietary guard who are none-too-pleased by what they look at as LCHF zealots.
