Ede Fox from The Black Keto and Carnivore Community and host of The Black Carnivore Podcast is our special interview guest on Episode 1655 of The Livin’ La Vida Low-Carb Show.
“A Black, paying member of this community has a problem and quits and that doesn’t matter to you.”
Ede Fox is a carnivore podcaster at The Black Carnivore and her goal is to provide all the information you need to make the keto or carnivore diet a way of life. She shares stories from new and veteran keto/carnivore folks that will inspired you to transform your life and seek optimal health.
By her family’s history, she should have high blood pressure, heart disease & be a 300lb diabetic by now, but five years ago she took control of her health and turned that around. Cutting carbs was hard but once she got through it & became fat adapted, she was amazed at how great she felt.
Suddenly she had tons of energy, lost 80lbs & most importantly felt like she had a healthy way of eating that was sustainable for a lifetime! We’re told getting older means weight gain, aches, pains, and muscle loss, but now she knows that is absolutely not our destiny.
Listen in today as Jimmy chats with Ede talk about her success with the Carnivore diet, and why supporting and amplifying Black carnivore voices is so important, and the unique challenges that are being felt by black members of the carnivore community.
