A new study published in the August
11, 2020 edition of The American Journal of Clinical Nutrition
claims that consuming at least two servings of plant-based meat a
day will lower your cardiovascular risk factors as compared with
the same amount of red meat. The 16-week randomized crossover study
funded by the Beyond Meat company was conducted by Stanford
researcher Dr. Christopher Gardner and his team.
But there are some major flaws in this study that I can’t let slip

the study design and results of this research finding major flaws
that bring into question why this ever got published to begin with.
